Journey across Cahill’s Crossing on the East Alligator River into Arnhem Land.

Visit the entrance to Mikkinj Valley with its stunning scenery of billabongs, wildlife & towering escarpment. Enjoy either morning tea or lunch beside the Inkiyu Billabong.

Travelling in comfortable 4WD buses, with forward facing seats, you will experience the region's world-famous landscapes consisting of sandstone escarpment outcrops, rock art sites, forests, floodplains and billabongs alive with abundant birdlife.

Have access to the Injalak Arts & Crafts retail outlet at the Border Store, Kakadu.

Arnhem Land permits, refreshments & lunch are included.

Pick-up and dietary requirement details are required at the time of booking. 

A medium level of fitness and mobility is required to participate on this tour. Bring a personal drinking water bottle - we carry chilled water to top up your personal drinking bottle.

Clients should wear loose comfortable clothing, have sensible walking shoes and bring a hat, sunscreen, insect repellent, personal medications etc as needed.

Pls Note: While Injalak Arts & Crafts Centre is closed due to COVID-19 restrictions, the Arnhemlander will visit the exclusive and spectacular Cannon Hill and Hawk Dreaming region of Northern Kakadu National Park.

The Kakadu National Park pass fee is not included in this product.
